All of our Oak Gates are handmade from 100% quality oak, seasoned for a minimum of 5 years, sourced locally here in the Charente.
Made to measure as per your requirements, they are available as a complete package, inclusive of installation.
Our ever-popular 5 bar gates have already adorned many an entrance - from humble fields, rural town driveways and even a chateau!
Upgrade to 6 and 7 bar options, which are great if you have small dogs and are worried about them escaping through the bars.
New for 2019
We have introduced our newly-designed 'Winchester' gate, and it's already proving popular.

All of our gates are created from 100% quality oak, made to your specific measurements - whether you’re replacing your existing gates or you’re creating a new entrance - we can help you create a configuration to suit your needs.
Our quality oak 5 bar gates are functional, practical, strong and robust, full of rustic charm, they will enhance the entrance to any home.
Oak is naturally very resistant to insect and fungal attacks because of its high tannin content and also because it is a breathable material.
And so, it can be left untreated to be exposed to the elements for that characterful silvery finish, or alternatively treat with a wood preservative suitable for the environmental conditions.

Oak Fencing
The simple, stylish look of our oak 5 bar fencing - compliments perfectly our oak 5 bar gates. Not only will it increase the security level at your property, it will also the enhance the general look too.
Upgraded your gates to the 6 or 7 bar option? Our oak fencing can also be upgraded too.

Fixings
We use galvanized fittings for their longevity - designed specifically for their use with field gates - practical, strong and rustproof.
Galvanized hinge sets - the top wrap around hinge allows for the weight of the gate. The bottom wrap around hinge is adjustable, allowing for easy adjustment as and when necessary.
Galvanised throw over loop - the easy and practical way to ensure your gate stays closed. (For use with a pair of gates)
Galvanised spring latch - allows your single gate to be securely closed shut.
Galvanised drop bolt - allows the gate to stay fixed in place when closed.
The above fixings are included within your installation/supply only package as standard.
Other fixings are available at extra cost -
